Blether is a community shop run by the community. We sell nature friendly products including organic tinned goods, locally grown organic veg, plastic free dried goods (such as oats, rice and pasta).
With a focus on reducing food waste we collect and distribute surplus food in a dignified manner. Customers don't need to referred and they don't need to hand over any personal info to be served.
Any food which cant be handed out is transformed into compost for Incredible Edible Neilston to grow food in.
We also run cookery workshops, offer volunteering opportunities and provide a space in the village for people to meet.
