Portree & Braes Community Trust aims to stimulate and coordinate the economic, cultural and environmental regeneration of Portree and Braes, Isle of Skye, in response to community-identified priorities.
We are aware of the current crises regarding the environment, as a Trust we would like to do our part in lessening the situation. We have a number of community Projects, including the purchase of woodland which we aim to regenerate, as well as the creation and management of footpaths.
We have joined the H&I Climate Hub to gain a valuable partner in increasing our knowledge, understanding and impact of what we can do to become more carbon neutral as a community.
We cover the Portree and Braes area of the Isle of Skye.
