We are Scotland's first cafe making food with insects. Insects are high in protein and have a low carbon footprint. They require significantly fewer resources compared to traditional sources of protein, making them an eco-friendly option to enjoy.
Our mission is to make nutritious food across Scotland sustainable, accessible, and exciting.
We believe climate positive action starts at home. Healthy and sustainable ecosystems go hand in hand with empowered communities. We have partnered with homeless charities and essential services in Edinburgh to provide them with nutritious insect cakes for their regular group support sessions. We are keen to join the SCCAN to share and learn from fellow partners to better tackle climate change, create healthy communities and ecosystems.
