Drift are a collaborative group based in Stromness, bringing fun and accessible pop up events to our community. Supporting creativity, working in a sustainable and circular way, and developing shared experiences and spaces are at the core of what we do.
Our first Pop-Up Shop was held in Stromness in November 2023, and offered unique items by local makers and a selection of preloved clothing. We also host fortnightly craft evenings open to all, where we aim to share skills and socialise. We encourage repairing, reworking and upcycling of materials, as well as finding new ways to incorporate sustainable practices into what we create and offer to the community.
