Where?

Inverness Tool Library is a newly registered charity SCIO number SC053665, we were formerly 'Clachworks CIC'.

We provide a tool lending service, workshops and repair sessions, in the Merkinch area of Inverness, though we cover the whole inverness area. The main purpose of the library is to encourage the reuse of tools, preventing them from going to landfill, and to provide information and skills sharing on DIY and tool safety.

We want to network with other organisations that have a similar purpose, to support and gain support and to share.

We believe that the tools, skills & resources needed to create & repair things shouldn’t cost the earth & should be accessible to all.
