Project delivered by Ayrshire Railway Preservation Group
This project will focus on capacity building with the ARPG to help forge community links, increase volunteer numbers and identifying funding sources with a view to increase the visitor offering and visitor numbers. It will also look at how to improve the cafe, the renovation of the old wagon shed to accommodate visitors and a narrow gauge railway and the building of a new shed to house the collection of historical important restored rolling stock.
