Where?

Known colloquially as the 'Squiggly Bridge' because it makes a slight 'S' shape when viewed from above, the Tradeston footbridge is a pedestrian bridge that crosses the River Clyde, linking the Anderston area (on the North bank of the river) with Tradeston (on the South bank of the river).

Opened in 2009, the Squiggly Bridge is certainly an asset to Glasgow, as it not only encourages pedestrian traffic, it does so with flair - its architectural triangle-shape is noteworthy, whilst, in 2021, it underwent significant renovations including new LED lighting installed along the handrails.
