Since 1981 we are an ecumenical working group that runs the Weltladen. Our members all work on a voluntary basis. The Weltladen stands up for just living conditions among people, for peaceful understanding between peoples.
We pay special attention to the quality of the products. This refers both to the high quality of the traded goods and to the orientation towards environmental and social standards in production and marketing. We see it as a priority to pass on campaigns and current information on fair trade.
