Located just a short trip to the North of Glasgow City Centre, The Courtyard Pantry & Café is a membership shop & café providing access to good quality food at a low cost for the Glasgow community.
Run by Flourish House, a mental health registered charity & recovery community. The work of Flourish House is based on the International Clubhouse movement, helping people to build meaningful relationships through meaningful activity.
Alongside Transitional Employment Placements (TEPs), the café offers volunteer places to members & homeless-young-person’s projects. Facilitating barista training with Dear Green Coffee Roasters (a fabulous local Glasgow roaster worth knowing about) helps to
break down barriers & stigma, and that means when you shop at The Courtyard Pantry or have a cuppa at The Courtyard Café you're not only nourishing yourself, you're nourishing others & the larger community.
The pantry is open :
Tuesday & Wednesday - 10am-3pm
The cafe is open :
Monday to Friday - 9:30am-2:30pm
*Public transport (bus stop) in close proximity to the shop, on Wester Common Drive - Panmure Close stop*
* The café had been closed in the years after COVID but re-opened in August 2024!*
