Earth Matter NY

Where?

Earth Matter NY is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing the art, science, and application of composting in and around New York City. They look to Develop signage on Governors Island (GI) to assist in Earth Matter NY's (EM) youth and adult leadership initiatives in composting, and increase general awareness of the Earth's limited natural resources. This organization was awarded the 2011 Manhattan Community Scale Composting Grant by the Manhattan Borough President.
